Waiver & Acknowledgment
By booking a campsite, you acknowledge that you are entering private property and doing so at your own risk.
Camping involves natural hazards such as:
- Falling branches or trees (especially from large gum trees)
- Unfenced waterways, creeks, and dams
- Uneven or slippery terrain
- Wildlife, insects, and domestic animals
- Weather conditions such as rain, wind, or storms
- Campfire and bushfire risks
You agree not to camp directly beneath large trees and to take all reasonable precautions for your own safety and that of your guests or children.
Liability & Responsibility
By proceeding with your booking, you:
- Accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the property.
- Release and hold harmless the property owner(s), family members, and agents from any liability for injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Agree to comply with all property rules, including proper fire safety, no littering, and keeping pets under control.
- Acknowledge that waterways are unfenced and used entirely at your own risk.
Emergency & Consent
In the event of illness or injury, you authorise the property owner(s) to seek medical assistance if needed, at your expense.
